Wema Bank names 2 new directors

Following permission from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Wema Bank Plc has announced the addition of two seasoned industry executives to the bank’s board of directors, Segun Opeke and Yusuf Kazaure.

Segun Opeke graduated from the University of Lagos, where he studied Banking and Finance and earned his MBA.

He also holds degrees from the Colombia Business School and the London Business School. He has completed a number of professional and leadership programmes at world-class institutions such as INSEAD Business School in France and Euromoney in London.

Yusuf Kazaure is a corporate and technology industry professional with over 35 years of combined experience in architecture, construction, banking, and information and communication technology (ICT).

He received his BSc and MSc in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, an MBA from Bayero University in Kano, and a Diploma in Computing from Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
